My current research investigates the impact of campus diversity climate on student success and sense of belonging.
In 2026, I will be completing my PhD in Education with interdisciplinary emphases in Cognitive Science and Quantitative Methods in Social Science.
I am also completing a Certificate in College and University Teaching. My teaching philosophy incorporates a student-centered and data-driven approach to inquiry-based experiential learning activities. I practice an inclusive, culturally aware, and collaborative mentorship model.
